The tasks carried out by senior engineer as Following:
- Prequalification of Manufacturers and EPC Contractors with Corporate clients like KNPC, KOC, MEW Equate, PIC
etc... (Technical, Commercial and Quality evaluation, suggestion/Advise, correspondence ).
- Vendor registrations with Energy, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical companies.
- Sales & Marketing of engineering items, (Technical, Commercial evaluation, Bidding ).
- Confirm the technical specification of our requirements with the received price descriptions, and order the products and make the follow up.
- Work in Grass root projects, Modification and replacement projects.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting
their requirements.
- Prepare the sales strategy and work towards it for the success of the entire team.
- Handling all technical & commercial correspondence with Ministry and supplier/ mfr.
- Tendering estimation of various Engineering items used in Oil & Gas, Power sector, Petrochemical cos.
- Developing ISO forms.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company
needs.
- Preparing Proposals & quotations & PQ for client and follow up.
- Providing technical assistance and product education.
- Working on support services and providing technical back up as required.
- Arranging and carrying out product training.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Bidding KOC direct tenders
- Bidding for EPC contractor tenders.
- Keeping a track of all the ongoing and upcoming projects in Kuwait.
- Preparing & writing reports for Manager and keeping customer records.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
