Basic function includes delivering overall decision analyst professional services needed for Wafra Eocene Asset Development Plan development and the WSF project's decision quality driven Phases 2 and Phase 3 a) Help adapt, build and QC the economic model used for development planning strategic insights and valuations for all parties; ensure decision quality going into and coming out of the process of strategic and development options valuation b) Work with the Project Director, Facilities Manager, Business Services Manager as well as key stakeholders, to ensure decision clarity, complete value of information and options value sessions, help make tradeoffs visible, develop plans and alternatives on how best to develop the asset and meet the project schedule high level milestones c) Conduct framing on opportunities & issues, assess & evaluate alternatives, make trade-offs across decision criteria visible for WSF project leadership team and decision makers to bring clarity to decisions d) Conduct VOI studies, deterministic & probabilistic analysis, support in preparation & coordination of business plan source data related to projects, and preparation of AFEs, GO-36s and similar documents as needed e) Be decision quality coach to members of team making design decisions
