•Manage the cost estimate for preparation and assurance process including benchmarking and analysis.
•Develop and maintain the owners cost estimate.
•Establish and maintains strong interfaces and all project disciplines including Engineering, Scheduling, Cost Control, Contracting, Procurement, Operations and Decision Analysis as well with the projects primary contractors, in the preparation and updates of project cost estimates.
•With other project control disciplines, develops and maintains a consistent Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
•Knowledge and Experience of estimating processes and tools, and a broad background in engineering, planning/budgeting and project cost control.
•Knowledge and experience of Middle Eastern projects
•Reports to Project Controls Lead.
•Facilitates periodic cost risk assessments and probabilistic analyses in requisite detail so that all impacts of any cost uncertainties and risks are reliably modelled.
•Proficient in using project estimating software.
