1. Grow company by developing new revenue generating and customer experience driven products in the ecommerce space.
2. Monitor product life cycle performance, generate reports and present product performance analysis.
3. Work closely with designers and Information Technology to develop prototypes, product specification, workflows, use cases and wireframes for e-commerce products.
4. Work with vendors to identify issues with incoming products.
5. Manage and facilitate vendor requirements where relevant and applicable.
6. Participate in quality assurance and business testing processes.
7. Liaise with all major stakeholders to develop product from Ideation, feasibility and engagement, to implementation, testing and launch.
8. Work closely with creative team to build use cases, mock ups and perform A/B testing to derive optimal results.
9. Inform and broadcast product development initiatives to sales, marketing and communications in order to attain product support.
10. Conduct Market research and due diligence for new innovations, ecommerce trends, new platforms and solutions
11. Develop business cases for value proposition of products through IT, Finance and other stakeholder facilitation
12. Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
