Our client, a renowned telecommunication company is currently recruiting for an Online Presence Officer to be based in Al Kuwait, Kuwait
Main responsibilities:
• Curate relevant content suitable for the company’s target customers.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor the company’s online channels and respond to users appropriately while cultivating leads.
• Develop and expand the company’s follower base.
• Oversee design of all online channels (i.e. profiles images, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
• Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns, with the aid of the company’s marketing department.
• Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
• Develop and implement the company’s social media marketing campaigns.
• Become an advocate for the Company online and on Social media, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Create and manage a marketing strategy and then drive and measure that strategy against set KPI’s.
• Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Identify threats and opportunities in related user-generated content. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
