To handle all warehouses, stores, inventory control, land transport and distribution to customers activities.

Type of position : Full -time
Major Responsibilities:
Warehouses Management
- Overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of raw materials and
finished products in efficient manner with accurate and complete documentation.
- Arranging warehouses’ layout to ensure efficient space utilization
- Using mechanical handling equipment and labor efficiently to arrange warehouses up to standards.
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerized warehouses systems where necessary.
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate.
- Planning and arranging future storage capacity requirements.
- Keeping clean, organized and dust free environment inside the warehouse.
- Managing and training warehouses teams at all levels.
- Handling and reporting Inventory cycle counting.
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitoring and preparing daily reports for the materials reached re-order level.
Land Transport and Distribution
- Preparing the necessary orders dispatch documents.
- Arranging deliveries and distribution to customers.
- Arranging with land transporters for getting the required trucks.
- Overseeing the planned maintenance of company’s vehicles, machinery and equipment.
