- Manage recruitment logistics and drive efficiency and results to ensure that all our recruitment coordination needs are taken care of. This includes but not limited to: Coordinate interviews, provide interview updates to all stakeholders, Compile and disseminate interview reports, book candidates flight, accommodation and visa, provide candidates with timely feedback, recruitment database updates, new joiner announcements, probation assessment coordination and issuance of confirmation letters and associated processes.
- Source and prepare a pool of junior national talent to ensure that we have a good pipeline of national talent and are able to speed up our sourcing timelines.
- Research and come up with new ideas that would aid in talent branding to support the team’s talent branding efforts.
- Coordinate and lead the new joiner orientation presentation to junior employees and interns to ensure that the all employees at that level have the critical information they need to settle down and work effectively. Coordinate the new joiner PMP training (training to be delivered by VP Talent) and update the necessary trackers.
- Update the PMP tracker and provide VP talent with regular updates on progress and escalation areas. Audit all forms to ensure that the right form is used and all processes are followed. Maintain and update and be in charge of the PMP document libraries. Be the lead resource for support required by VP talent in smooth administration of the PMP program.
- Provide officer TM with support in coordinating internship schedules and other administrative work related to interns to ensure smooth running of the internship program.
