Job Purpose / Responsibilities
Responsible for successful development and performance of wholesale business. Manage the sales team and provide leadership towards achievement of maximum profitability and sales growth in line with company targets, vision and values.
Key Behaviours, Skills & Aptitude
• Responsible for achieving sales target and profitability
• Manage receivables and keep outstanding within target levels
• Demand planning for wholesale stock purchases and timely depletion of inventory to achieve required stock turns.
• Prevent build-up of aged stock through timely sales actions
• Ensure the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
• Ensure compliance to standards and policies
• Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure consistent long term business
• Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities.
Relevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:
• Proven Sales Management experience in Automotive Spare Parts
• 5 years experience .
• Graduate Degree/ MBA Preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales budget in a competitive business environment
• Self starter with initiative and drive
• Excellent Communication, Analytical & Negotiation skills
