Job Purpose / Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in retail parts stores. Manages a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Key Behaviours, Skills & Aptitude
• Ensure that the sales force are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
• Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and ensure consistent long term business.
• Pursue identified new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers and close analysis of the market.
• Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities.
• Review sales plans to ensure alignment with objectives of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Responsible for volume, value and contribution margin.
• Review pricing and look for opportunity to improve gross margin.
• Working with marketing team for advertising and consumer promotions.
Relevant Education, Knowledge & Experience:
• Good years experience with multilingual (English/Arabic) ability
• Graduate Degree/ MBA Preferred
• Proven Sales Management experience in Automotive Spare Parts
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales budget in a competitive business environment
• Self starter with initiative and drive
• Excellent Communication, Analytical & Negotiation skills
