- Responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
- Maintain, setup, modify and internet connection telephone system, workstation configuration, hardware/software installation on all branches.
- Provide end user support for all IT devices (PC/Laptop, Printer, Office Application … etc.)
- Respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk or staff calls.
- Maintains the Fingerprint system and machines on all branches (on site/remote).
- Analyze hardware problems
- Verify availability of barcode identification numbers on new IT equipment and dispatch to respective locations after approval from Manager-IT.
- Prepare assets track report containing updated locations of IT equipment and software installed in workstations, at concerned locations.
