1. Implement marketing strategies and sales initiatives by increasing market demand and generating leads in each service domain under Auditing, Consulting and Training space.
2. Highly responsible for business development, meeting business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for company.
3. Identify and build relationship with key accounts
4. Increase opportunities and corresponding revenue with key accounts
5. Arrange meetings with potential clients and follow up with client management/representatives for one to one meetings
6. Competitor analyses, market analyses and maintaining sector/industry wise database management
7. Promote new ideas, new services, new initiatives, training programs etc. through html mailers to database and key accounts on a defined frequency
8. Creating presentations, detailed proposal documents, coordinate and submit final quotations, tenders and proposals to clients with pricing and agreement details; confirm orders with clients and follow up on submitted quotations on a regular basis in consultation with management/project lead/experts
9. Develop and maintain key relationships with existing and potential clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
10. Contact potential clients/institutions/individuals/ambassadors/referrals and provide them with information on company’s services and generate leads from them
11. Guide potential and existing customers to determine and fulfil their business needs for company’s services.
