PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- ( Installation, configuration and technical support of Desktops & Business Applications (problem detection, notification and resolution)
- Execute and manage Backups, retention schedule and vaulting of data.
- Administration of Network Security.
- Coordinate projects with other branches, provide technical support for both LAN/WAN and internet
- Documentation of all I.T. activities as per Group Policies
JOB CONTENT
- Provide first-level support of most I.T. Hardware and software including Broking application global.
- Maintain a Critical calls log for analytical purposes
- Manage user accounts such as passwords and file access privileges
- Perform routine check of networked resources (computers, printers, scanners, Servers, EPABX)
- Perform regular Corporate Data Backup and maintain updated Backup logs.
- Configure and provide technical support for computers and networks.
- Configure and provide technical support for Scanners and faxes.
- Maintain the LAN and PC’s on Active Directory domain.
- Train users to use the network’s resources
- Provide Technical support OR liaise with vendor for Fire protection system (FM-200), Telephones, Door Security System (Access Control/Proximity), Projectors, Presentation setups.
- Liaison with vendors.
