HR Manager integral role and responsibilities in the recruitment and selection process involve creating job descriptions, advertising job vacancies, conducting preliminary interviews and processing new hire paperwork.
HR develops appropriate orientation and on-boarding programs for new employees.
HR staff deliver orientation training for new workers that covers workplace policies as well as service standards.
HR's responsibility includes training restaurant floor managers on resolvable performance issues and employee relations matters, such as addressing employee suggestions and concerns.
Compensation and Benefits Surveying and setting competitive wages, as well as payroll processing are functions HR staff handle for restaurants.
