1.Review existing standardized procedures and prepare new standardized procedures incorporating suggested improvements in view of the changing scenario of drilling horizontal and multilateral wells, improvement in technology and design, lessons learnt, etc.
2.Categorize Drilling Fluid design in different sections in established fields under standard conditions with respect to section cost / ft.
3.Standardize Cement policy and slurry design in different sections in established fields under normal conditions with respect to cement cost / ft. 4.Section and Field wise Techno-economic analysis and Standardize application of speciality Directional tools such as Motorized RSS, High DLS RSS, Slim Hole motor / RSS etc. with respect to Drilling Cost / ft and enhancing operational capability
5.Review and standardize Casing Policy and Casing Design in view of formation pressure depletion, lessons learnt, new regulations, Market Cost, premium connection casing, etc.
6.Standardize field specific Rig Deployment to enhance operational efficiency
7.Standardize Completion materials with respect to Packer Completion, PBR Completion, etc.
8.Standardize Well Kill sheet, Trip sheet, BOP Functional and Testing Procedure etc.
9.Standardize procedures for Trip drill, Pit drill, H2S drill, Fire drill etc.
10.Standardize well killing procedures in Work Over wells
11.Standardize BOP Hook Up including Diverters, Choke Manifold etc.
12.Standardize Connection procedure from X-Mass tree to GC manifold for flow testing
13.Standardize procedure for NORM (Work Over) wells
14.Standardize Flow testing procedures in new wells where GC line is not available
15.Standardized operational abbreviation for reporting in OW
16.Standardize well acceptance and handing over procedure to Production Operation (GC)
17.Keeps abreast of the new developments and changes in international standards, code of practices, work procedures, evaluates impact on established Company standards and make recommendations accordingly.
