1.Establish and implement procedures for QA of conventional Cement Slurry and premium cement slurry for cementing and squeezing critical well sections: Setting up In-house Cement lab or Cement slurry evaluation from third party lab specialists on call basis, as and when required 2.Identify QA metallurgical labs for critical analysis of Casing Pipe and Drill Pipe failures on call basis, as and when required 3.Check adequacy of quality services in view of the increasing number of rigs especially with 4.To insure the quality of wells delivered to assets. 5.To insure the quality of Engineering services that provided to Operations team (mud, cement, well designs, materials…etc) 6.To assist rig contract team in defining/selecting rig equipment description and required services for new contracts. 7.Monitor rig and service providers’ equipment to ensure services/materials are supplied as per contract. 8.Develop a tool to monitor service company performance quality.
