As an Accoutant / Cashier, you will be responsible for handling petty cash, payment to investors, car park collection documents and update the car park collections file.
Job Description is provided below:
- Receive all the cheques from investors and issue receipts after verification of cheque validity, beneficiary name and amount.
- Verify if the amounts are in compliance with the invoices / contracts and in case of any discrepancies, validate the same with the Leasing Deptartment and / or Senior Chief Accountant before issuing receipts.
- Create receipts accurately and without any errors.
- Ensure all the dates, amounts of all PDCs are correct and in line with the contractual terms before accepting them.
- Prepare a statement of all cheques to be encashed and handover to Group Cashier as per maturity dates.
- Report any un-issued invoices to the Property Administrator of the concerned Property to generate & issue the invoices.
- Maintain petty cash disbursements and reimbursements thereof.
- Receive and verify all car park collection documents and update the car park collections file.
- Report variances on car park collections, if any, to GLA and TSC Management.
- Support the Department in any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Update any new contract and update renewal information’s in contracts database.
- Copy the complete set of all payment approval document and related documents and send for owner company acknowledgement.
- Update the payment status and cheque details in database.
- Record the owner received date of PAD.
- Prepare the monthly PAD analysis report.
- Support all Properties and Departments on payment status.
- Send out cheque ready intimation to respective requestors.
- Prepare any Arabic related documentation - bank letters other owner company communications.
- Support finance staff on any adhoc reports.
