To support the Training Department by coordinating training, evaluating program effectiveness, delivering training programs, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management, succession and career planning for Group employees.
•Delivers presentations, stand up training, or other forms of instruction.
•Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices.
•Writes reports, memoranda, correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, and records.
•Assists with the development of the annual training plan.
•Assists in the evaluation and updating of training programs to keep current with new techniques and training information.
•Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service to all Learning & Development stakeholders.
