1. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
2. Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
3. Arrange for recruitment advertisements.
4. Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental for evaluation
5. Upon receipt of departmental/divisional recommendation for recruitment, contacts the candidates for initiating process of recruitment.
6. Prepare Job offers, contracts
7. Forwards in coordination with the Admin. Officers all necessary documentation for resedance transfare process .
8. Maintains statistics of CVs screened, personnel recruited etc to adhere to approved manpower positions.
9. Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
