Our client, a reputable packing company is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist to be based in Kuwait. You will assists the HR Manager with the recruitment, payroll, staff welfare, and other general HR duties.
Daily Duties
• Prepare and file reports of the Over Time (checking with dept. manager if needed).
• Prepare employees daily personal transactions such as: penalty, sick leave, promotions, transfers, termination, salary certificates and calculation of indemnity.
• Assists in the recruitment, interview and selection procedures in hiring new employees
• Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
• Provides administrative support to the department
• Perform other related duties as required by superiors
Weekly Duties
• Keep track of changes in job titles, benefits, & salaries on the HR Software or add new selected employee's data.
• Track renewals, expirations and negotiation of residence renewals with HR
• Prepare advertisement if there's any vacancy then screening & filtrating CV's
• Prepare Job offers, appointment letters & contracts for new employees
• (When Required) Handle the process of new employee: assigning finger print, Create a new file, announcing new employee and prepare the appointment letters
Monthly Duties
• Handle payroll related activities such as: monthly salaries (banks & cash), Casual workers, KGL Company
• Check monthly attendance, absence and annual leave in process of preparing the pay roll
• Responsible for overseas blue collar the recruitment
• Updating personal files of employees
