Provides financial and HR data to the finance department as requested
Recruitment:
Coordinate with career fairs, walk ins and recruitment companies
Calls candidates and arranges interview with HR Manager
Training & Development:
Distributes skills matrix to all department managers
Coordinates and arranges logistics for training (i.e. venue, instructor, materials, food/beverages, etc…)
Distributes and analyzes training evaluation feedback form
Administration:
Assists in arranging annual Employee day, quarterly Communication meetings
Maintains proper filing and documents for employees
Notifies HR Messenger of soon to be expired residencies and organizes required documents to renew
Stays up to date with Kuwait Labor Law and Kuwait regulations
Monitors attendance, sick leaves, annual leaves
