As the Unit Head - Strategic PMO and Performance Monitoring you will be coordinating, evaluating and monitoring development of clear and comprehensive strategic initiatives implementation plan by BUs, monitoring performance of initiatives by deliverables, milestones and ensure performance management actions are executed on time and target, managing transformation and strategic cross functional programmes and management of cross functional reporting including co-ordination with the Group PMO.

- Lead and executing on cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives- Ensuring that strategic initiative governance is defined, initiative team and sponsors are allocated- Ensure that the portfolio remains aligned to strategy and contribute to strategic planning - working to shape a balanced, sustainable and doable portfolio- Provide support to the executive management in the strategic planning process, ensuring that short-run and long run plans are written, communicated, reviewed and evaluated on a quarterly basis.- Facilitate Strategy Implementation Follow-up and Strategy review exercise with Business Units to derive corrective actions and reflect impacts on portfolio- Facilitate Exco meetings preparation and manage Exco reporting requirements from agenda to follow-up of agreed action items
Profile
- Bachelor degree in business or a related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognised professional institute.- Project Management Qualifications and Accreditations (PMP certified)- A minimum of 8 -10 years' commercial experience is required, with significant telecom exposure- A strong grasp of the technical aspects of the telecom industry is required with previous roles with strategy, execution & transformation responsibility with C-Level exposure- Ability and acumen to make senior management presentations- Strong written and oral communication- Strong analytical skills and Conflict/issue resolution- Managerial experience with teams of similar size and scope- Excellent program management and project management skills- Performance management implementation and monitoring experience including identification and follow-up of issues
