- Should have good experience to work on kitchen Pastry budgets, maintaining inventory & stock of the food items to be ordered in the most cost-efficient manner to the Hotel.
- Keep control over wastage and minimize it.
- Should be able to manage a team executives, head chefs, chefs and supervisors in all aspects.
