•Develop and monitor objectives, operational plans and procedures of the HR department.
•Monitor staff performance and identify and assess training needs.
•Supervise daily work of HR department and ensures goals are met.
•Assist in the development of the HR planning strategies while making sure immediate and long term staff requirements are being met.
•Follow up with the general manager to prepare the company’s manpower plans and recruitment plan.
•Develop and maintain the personnel record system in accordance with company regulations.
•Manage the payroll system.
•Participates in interviewing, selection and recruitment of all employees.
•Approve leave requests, promotions, and salary increases according to the company’s policies and procedures.
•Follow up on the attendance of the company staff.
•Supervise the implementation of the company’s training programs.
•Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s HR policies and procedures manual.
• Effectively communicate and implement the company’s vision, mission, strategy, values and culture.
