- Identification, qualification, pursuit and capture all sales opportunities with the objective of maximizing sales
- Meet and greet visitors and set up appointments with the basis of converting meetings into sales
- Actively engage in New Product Initiatives and relate this to sales
- Preparing for meetings, and writing minutes of meetings
- Following up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Preparing reports and presentation slides for managers as requested
- Managing customers' feedback and complaints by phone or email
- Responsible for the daily operations
