Job Opportunity in Kuwait: Driver Recruitment Agencies Needed for a Delivery Company A leading delivery company in Kuwait is seeking recruitment agencies, offices, or individuals with proven experience in providing motorcycle drivers from Nigeria, India, Mali, and Benin, according to the following terms and benefits: Applicant Requirements: * Nationality: Benin, India, Mali, or Nigeria. * Age: Not exceeding 33 years. * Skills: Skilled and professional driver. * Language: Basic knowledge of English. * Interview Method: Interviews will be conducted via WhatsApp or Zoom. Salary and Benefits: * Basic Salary: 120 Kuwaiti Dinars per month (including overtime). * Food Allowance: 15 Kuwaiti Dinars per month. * Working Hours: 12 hours per day (8 hours base work + 4 hours overtime). * Days Off: Two days off per month. * Visa Type: Government Visa (Article 18). The company covers all processing fees within Kuwait. Incentives and Logistical Support: * The company provides everything you need: (car/motorcycle + fuel + smartphone + SIM card + accommodation). * Goals and Rewards System: * Minimum requirement: 420 deliveries per month. * Incentive bonus: Drivers receive 400 fils for each additional delivery exceeding the monthly target.
