Supply Chain/Procurement Officer (only candidates in Kuwait) Required Experience and Qualifications 1) 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS, WITH STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN LOCAL LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMS PROCEDURES IN KUWAIT. 2) KNOWLEDGE OF KUWAIT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE REGULATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION. 3) Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. 4) Experience in vendor code creation and stock code/item master management. 5) Experience working with local and international suppliers. Responsibilities 1) Negotiating prices, terms and contracts with vendors. 2) Coordinate logistics and shipment activities to ensure timely delivery of materials. 3) Create and maintain vendor codes and stock item codes within the ERP system. 4) Handles documentation and follow- up related to Kuwait customs clearance procedures. 5) Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. 6) Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
