To support data- driven decision- making across e- commerce and retail operations. The role is responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering actionable insights across online sales, marketing, customer behavior, merchandising, and omnichannel performance. Responsibility: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for e- commerce and retail performance. Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, customer behavior, inventory, and marketing KPIs. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance and provide actionable insights to management. Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting structures. Partner with e- commerce, marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations teams to identify business opportunities and performance gaps. Track and analyze digital marketing performance including ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and attribution. Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning through data analysis and predictive insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems and reporting tools. Create executive- level presentations and performance summaries for stakeholders. Identify trends, customer patterns, and opportunities to improve conversion, profitability, and customer experience. Support omnichannel reporting by integrating online and offline retail data. Work closely with data engineering and IT teams on data infrastructure enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field. 3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within e- commerce, fashion retail, or omnichannel retail environments. Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Good SQL skills and strong understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts. Experience working with Google Analytics, e- commerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools. Knowledge of retail and e- commerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, basket size, sell- through, ROAS, customer retention, and inventory turnover. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Python, forecasting models, or advanced analytics is a plus
