SWBAC is looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Creator to manage our social media presence and produce engaging digital content. This role focuses on capturing, editing, and publishing high- quality videos and posts that reflect our brand and connect with our audience. Key Responsibilities: • Capture photo and video content for daily social media use • Create and edit short- form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) • Plan, design, and publish engaging posts across platforms • Develop content ideas aligned with SWBAC’s brand and goals • Maintain a consistent posting schedule • Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant • Collaborate with the team to highlight products, services, and events Requirements: • Experience in content creation and social media management • Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile and/or professional equipment) • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat • Creative mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) • Basic graphic design skills • Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies What We’re Looking For: Someone who is creative, fast- moving, and understands what makes content perform. You should be comfortable behind the camera, have a strong visual eye, and know how to turn ideas into engaging posts quickly
