Oversee and coordinate all operational activities related to equipment rental, distribution, and project support. Ensure efficient resource management, timely delivery, and continuous improvement to meet organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of equipment rental and distribution for clients and internal projects. Implement operational plans, allocate tasks, and achieve project goals in coordination with teams. Monitor equipment availability, movement, and utilization to support project efficiency. Communicate with clients and partners to address operational needs and resolve issues effectively. Prepare performance reports, analyze operations, and suggest process improvements. Enforce compliance with safety standards and company policies across all operations. Basic Requirements: • Education: High School Graduate or higher. • Years of Experience: 10–15 years in relevant fields. • Certifications/Licenses (if any): Valid Driving License. • Language or other skills: Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Advanced problem- solving and decision- making abilities. Proficiency in operations management software and reporting tools
