Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
• Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and sales opportunities.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Introduce monthly and yearly KPI’s and objectives for sales and merchandising team and prepare quarterly report for the result and evaluations.
• Support Management team in finalizing annual customers contracts.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Functional Competencies
• Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good at using Microsoft office specially (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Behavioral Competencies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
