A leading Holding company is seeking to hire a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST.
The chosen candidate will work in the Accounts Department supporting the
management team with strategic analysis and recommendations.
Duties may include:
• Prepare quarterly consolidation of the parent company and subsidiaries, including
consolidation entries and maintain permanent consolidation entries.
• Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and quarterly condensed
consolidated financial information along with the related notes.
• Perform quarterly valuations of listed/unlisted investments.
• Prepare disclosures for Boursa Kuwait, Dubai Financial Markets, and Capital
Market Authority on a quarterly and annual basis, including XBRL reporting.
• Prepare information for the management and develop presentations.
• Prepare periodic cash forecasts for credit ratings and stakeholders, and generate
loan compliance certificates.
• Analyze financial status, monitor variances, oversee periodic financial reports,
assist in developing automated accounting applications, and perform various ad-
hoc financial analyses.
