Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. He will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· The candidate should have the knowledge on how to operate a Data Center. Below list of the System included in the DC (DC Operator )
Ø Outdoor Air conditioner
Ø Lighting
Ø FM-200
Ø Network equipment’s.
Ø Infrastructure equipment’s
· Coordinate and oversee the construction process, including managing subcontractors, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
· Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project team, including identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
· Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, verify compliance with design specifications, and address any construction-related issues.
· Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, are accurately maintained and updated.
· Communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve any design or construction-related issues.
· Manage and track project budgets, including reviewing and approving invoices, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
· Oversee the testing and commissioning of systems and equipment, ensuring that they are installed and functioning correctly.
