We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's real estate operations, including property management, leasing, and sales. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the company's real estate portfolio and ensure profitability. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the company's real estate portfolio and ensure profitability
- Oversee all aspects of the company's real estate operations, including property management, leasing, and sales
- Manage and negotiate lease agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Manage a team of real estate professionals and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Prepare and present reports on the company's real estate portfolio and performance
