On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Shop Supervisor for a chocolate store, who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. Also will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the retail team, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership to the retail team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and organization to maintain adequate stock of chocolates and related products.
- Manage store displays and visual merchandising to enhance the overall aesthetics and appeal of the store.
- Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets and goals.
- Responsible for cash handling, including opening and closing registers and daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of chocolates are consistently maintained.
- Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of the store to create a welcoming environment.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide training to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate product deliveries.
