Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect.
Objectives: The Senior Landscape Architect will be member of the Architecture Team, and he will be assisted by Landscape Inspector. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for quality control of hard and soft landscape works.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inspection of plants at source to ensure conformance to the requirements of species, size and appearance, as set forth in the drawings and specifications
· Review and approval of hardscape materials such as pavers, lighting fixtures, kerbs, site furnishings, including approval of “mock up” layouts.
· Review and approve plant locations after the contractor has ‘staked’ these.
· Inspect and supervise planting operations to ensure that work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
· Follow-up on the Contractor’s progress to ensure timely completion of work. Address and resolve day to day site issues and problems common in any supervision contract.
· Provide advice on any potential variations to the contract.
