Position Overview:
A company in the Hotel industry is looking for a Marketing Executive. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel marketing and a proven track record of successfully promoting hotel services and driving revenue. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract guests, increase brand awareness, and boost occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services, special offers, and events. Ensure alignment with the hotel's goals and objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for the hotel's website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), and local businesses to establish partnerships and promotional opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, monitoring ROI and ensuring cost-efficient marketing campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing guests and potential clients through effective communication and personalized marketing efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Event Promotion: Promote and market special events, conferences, and weddings hosted at the hotel.
