Purpose:-
-To develop adequate policies, procedures, and processes for the Contracts functions to maintain efficient operational excellence.
Responsibilities:_
· Develop, maintain and effect Contracts Procedures and contracts Templet corresponding to the requirements of all projects.
· Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
· Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
· Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
· Guide to create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.
· Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.
· Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.
· Guide and lead the coordination of tendering dossiers (technical Exhibits, T&Cs), of the CFTs, the participation to and administration of the clarification / negotiation phases, the evaluation of contractual and commercial proposals and the preparation.
· Guide and manage the different entities in Total with/for: Contracts, Legal, Insurances, Market Intelligence, etc. administration of the final set of contractual / commercial / technical documentation for the assigned contracts
-preparation for signature of the assigned main contracts Contract Administration To contractually and commercially administer the awarded Contracts and liaise actively with the technical management of Contractors.
