Report To: Senior Vice President
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the property manager with all the duties related to the property.
· Conduct property site visits.
· Submit reports according to property site visits.
· Follow up with property manager regarding all aspects of the property.
· Follow up with government-related tasks requested by fund manager.
· Conduct area/property surveys periodically and upon request.
· Also involves communicating with tenants when needed (rent collection/ discussing issues).
