- Assisting in planning and full responsibility for execution and managing of activity for ATL & BTL marketing activities across all Safi brands in Kuwait and support with regional activity (UAE & Oman)
- Maintaining and growing a PR database for each brand individually
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints on social media and liaising with the customer service team in Lebanon
- Liaising artwork creation (for Flormar, Safi and Swissline) with graphic designer and coordinating new content with Bayt Saboun & Hamam Sharki brand team as well as handling the local accounts for the respective brands in the region (KW/ UAE & Oman)
- Implementing and reporting all marketing related activities for each brand with the support of RMM
- Point of contact for all brands activities with mall management in liaison with RMM
- Visiting the stores on a regular basis to monitor customer feedback and to propose activity with Malls to increase footfall/ sales. Overall the most important aspect for me is the right attitude in the candidate as any skill can be trained. Furthermore it is an added value if the individual has other useful skills such as graphic design/ photography/ videography etc. Fresh graduates are welcome as long as they have good knowledge and an interest in our industry.
