- Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing food, beverages, and cleaning products used by the Food Department.
- Must participate in loading all products necessary for the operation of the Food Department.
- Ensures that requisitions are prepared and delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with the requisition timetable.
- Must, as per schedule, participate in cleaning all storage facilities following Public Health procedures and standards.
- Conducts scheduled and end-of-voyage physical inventory of the store, as instructed. Individual responsibilities will be assigned by the Head Storekeeper and the Food & Beverage Director, with on-the-job training provided for the cleaning process.
- Must report for duty at assigned times and follow instructions from superiors in line with the company's rules.
