Provide best shopping experience to all customers through outstanding customer service.
Implement and execute all company customer service programs and/or initiatives.
Follow client telling process and mechanism.
Ensure proper aftersales services to all customers.
Practice suggestive selling and recommend alternative products to customers when they don’t find what they need.
Manage customer complaints and grievance in a professional way.
Ensure the implementation and execution of company CRM processes and initiatives.
Capture customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities.
Capture lost sales opportunities and feedback to management on specific customer needs.
Monitor mystery shopper report and engage with management on related action plans.
Promote Alyasra Online shopping websites (OnTime.com and icoona.com, etc.) to serve our Omnichannel strategy.
Promote all Alyasra brands whenever possible.
