Job Title: Sales Administrator – Spare Parts (Automobile)
Key Responsibilities
• Verifies required documents and necessary approvals before invoice preparation.
• Handles the invoicing and adhere to the set standards and processes for invoice preparation. Timely submission of sales reports
• Assisting Commercial Manager in all Purchase related transactions including GRN
• Ensures any discrepancy noticed in the invoices are conveyed to the management.
• Assists the department in all administrative requirements under Commercial Manager.
• internal marketing activities including social media development.
• Coordinates with the Marketing team in the preparation and organizing & control of promotional material. Liaison with all Principals on marketing activities.
• Coordinating & organizing seminars / product demo / other related activities.
• Acts as a liaison with other departments as directed.
• Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment.
