- Preparing payroll
- Preparing reimbursements
- Preparing teacher accounts
- Preparing and posting journal vouchers
- Preparing depreciation and other year closing transactions
- Reconciling invoices with school orders
- Reconciling bank statements with posted accounts
- Overseeing the status of overseas creditors and orders
- Preparing accounting ledgers
- Receiving tuition payments and giving receipts
- Posting receipts in parent accounts onto the school system
- Providing cash reimbursements with cash payment vouchers
- Reconciling daily cash and checks
- Handling daily cash receiving and reconciliation forms
- Preparing all banking concerns
- Preparing correspondences as required
- Performing all related duties as assigned
