Job Title: HR, Personnel Officer
Reports to: Manager, HR Department
Key Responsibilities
· Manage employee files according to the adopted system
· Prepare monthly salary report
· Manage requests of visit visas, renewal, and transfer of residencies
· Manage employee leaves
· Prepare annual leave plan
· Follow up with the procedures of employees leaves and return from leaves
· Manage the procedures of employee resignation / termination
· Prepare regular reports
· Manage the activities of the representative
· Manage probation period of newly hired employees with coordination with direct managers
Capabilities
· Ability to Analyze Problems
· Ability to arrange events or business in a specific way in line with a specific rule or rules (such as, concluding to letters, words, pictures, or mathematic operations).
