Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Obtain Quotations
§ Obtain quotes based on the value of the materials to be bought.
§ Determine the best value supplier and forward the documentation to the purchase coordinator for LPO’s
Arrange the Purchases:
§ Process the daily purchase requisitions
§ Send out request for quotations to various suppliers
§ Negotiate prices with the suppliers
Create LPO’s
§ Prepares P.O. in the system
§ Verify the price comparisons, parts details etc.
§ Receives signed P.O’s & circulate.
§ Follow-up delivery and update the status to the end user.
Follow-up tasks to the messengers
§ Assign various tasks to the messengers
§ Make sure they get the right parts from the right place & timely delivery & ensure to complete the necessary documentation
