Warehouse & Staff Supervision
Administrate all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and Monitoring and coordinating all warehouse.
"Timly reply on all warehouse emails and inquires."
Assign daily task to team and monitor them that all tasks done on time
Supply of Products
Monitor loading and sending process of products according to standard times to stores
Manage the time frame for the drivers to cover all stores in minimum time.
Recording documents as per Guidelines
Receipt of Products / Shipment
Monitor process of receipt of new products from main warehouse According to the PO
"Monitor the products receipt from
Stores as damage/testers"
"Process the task to team related with products
receipt from Stores"
Stock Availability
Make sure to maintain the products availability and weekly meetings with stock controller and share the current stock report with him
Maintain the level of products as per requirements and send request for new orders
"Meeting, Staff Training &
Company Assets Inspection"
Conduct daily & Weekly meeting with staff and provide them training to increase the efficiency of workers for the betterment of their work
Inspection of Vehicle and other company assets assign to team on weekly basis
Any other task assigned by high level management
Reporting & Warehouse Budget / Petty Cash & Invoices / Legal Documents
"Prepare reports for the daily activity and share with Operation Manager
Any other report required by management
"Achieving warehouse management
budget Assigned for the region
Prepare monthly petty cash report and share
with finance team"
Monthly petty cash invoices share with finance during agreed time
Make sure that all legal documents are valid and available in warehouse for any future inquiry or government visit
