Job Title Summary
Responsible to conceptualize and develop graphic designs for physical, web and multimedia materials to support the needs of various departments and help promote and maintain the branding of the Company.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure that the design logos, page layouts, website banners, covers, posters and other promotional / marketing materials are in-line with Company’s branding and corporate identity.
- Create social media graphics in various sizes for Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn as requested by management.
- Communicate with print agencies on the print materials.
- Provide designs within specified timelines for design and artwork for operational and marketing requirements.
- Work in coordination with the internal teams in developing all graphic and marketing materials in Kuwait and other operating countries (UAE, Qatar & Oman).
- Develop effective brand campaigns through both offline and online marketing platforms.
- Develop innovative media and promotional material tools with application of color, type of materials, photography, designs, art direction and layout of the promotional materials.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Work with wide range of media and use graphic design software’s.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video content.
Other Responsibilities
- Comply with Company’s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto.
- Abide by the authorities granted to the position and achieve the KPIs if any, assigned to the position.
- Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.
Academics and Experience
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education preferably in Graphic Design.
- Creative and willing to take on new challenges and passionate about making things happen.
- A good eye on details.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment without comprising on quality.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in similar function and industry.
