Responsibilities:
- Leading development and direction of the IT department and the IT Infrastructure.
- Able to take on responsibilities of Senior Architect and plan strategically.
- Ensure the IT Department delivers core functionality in project definition, network management, and service delivery.
- Advise the executive management team on the effective use of IT and the options and risks involved, as well as communicate effectively to the staff at all levels.
- Managing SLAs across the business to ensure performance levels are met and to devise and deliver strategies to influence the infrastructure and control.
- Full financial management of the IT infrastructure budget ensures that IT expenditure is contained within the agreed budgets and represents value for money.
- Building and maintaining a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Department capable of delivering agreed services.
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
