A. Accountabilities:
- Operate designated applications and systems as per operating procedures to meet the banks functional activities.
- Handle critical, periodic process such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual closing, data backup etc. as per the planned schedule to accomplish the goals of the area.
- Monitor the system, rectifies minor deviations and reports major problems to concerned parties to ensure that systems work as per specifications.
- Escalate service interruptions to concerned parties to ensure proper and timely problem resolution.
- Ensure the ATM network is kept operational 24/7 with receipts, journal, cash, etc. through continuous monitoring.
- Write/update Operations Job Procedures and obtain the necessary approvals needed for implementation
