Responsibilities:
-work in food production specifically in Bakery industry
• Manage the entire food procurement process and all attendant activities of the food bank.
• Manage the logistics of the FA survey and offerings programs using sound cost/benefit analysis.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure that AIB standards are achieved and maintained within the warehouse at all times.
• Inform appropriate supervisor(s) of potential violations and upcoming changes and coordinates timeline for compliance.
• Serve as the chairperson of the Food Safety Committee.
• Develop, review and confirm implementation and adherence to SOPs in the areas of food safety, personal safety, relevant regulatory requirements and other relevant areas.
• Advise on improvements and relevant regulatory implications of volunteer and staff activities.
